About your reflexology treatment
Before your treatment, we’ll take a few minutes to go through a consultation form. This helps me understand your current health, medical history, and what you’re hoping to receive from the session so I can tailor the treatment to you.
For foot reflexology, you simply remove your shoes and socks - otherwise you remain fully clothed and comfortably supported.
I use a gentle Light Touch technique to stimulate the reflex points corresponding to the whole body, giving extra attention to any areas that need support. Throughout the session you may remain awake and aware, or you might drift in and out of sleep - both are completely normal. Snoring is always welcome!

The Women’s Wellness Massage is a deeply restorative treatment designed to support your whole being - bringing you back into a sense of grounding, balance and calm. Rooted in the core techniques of Fertility Massage Therapy and complemented by my training in reflexology, this session offers a uniquely nurturing experience for women seeking reconnection, release and holistic wellbeing.
This gentle, body-led treatment uses three rebozos (long woven scarves) placed at the head, pelvis and feet. Through soothing rocking and wrapping techniques, your body is invited to soften, settle and feel held. Many clients describe this part of the session as profoundly comforting - like being swaddled back into yourself.
As the session unfolds, massage is offered through the hips, pelvis, lower back, spine, shoulders, neck and head, helping tension melt away layer by layer. A light facial massage further encourages relaxation before your head is wrapped and a weighted eye pillow is placed to support deeper settling.
Abdominal and womb-space massage can be included if supportive for you - particularly helpful for menstrual health, digestive comfort or those navigating fertility journeys. If not, the session can be tailored entirely to your preferences and needs.
Once the pelvis is wrapped, the treatment finishes at the feet with grounding techniques and reflexology points that help soothe and rebalance the whole system. You are then gently cocooned in warmth, allowing your body to integrate the work and rest in a state of deep safety.
Clients often share that this is the most relaxed they have ever felt - dropping unexpectedly into a sense of profound rest, release and emotional ease.

What is Pregnancy Reflexology?
Reflexology during pregnancy is a gentle, grounding way to support your changing body, ease discomfort and prepare for birth. Many women find it helps relieve pelvic and hip pain, improve sleep, reduce anxiety and create space to connect with their baby.
Regular treatments can also support the body’s natural rhythms as birth approaches. When you’re “overdue,” sessions can include techniques that help the body find the calm, balanced state needed to begin labour naturally.

Postpartum Care

The early weeks after birth - are a time of enormous physical, emotional and hormonal change. While we plan carefully for labour, the postpartum period is just as important and having the right support can make all the difference.
As a certified Traditional Postpartum Care Practitioner (trained through Julia Jones’ Newborn Mothers Collective), I offer gentle, nurturing support during your first six weeks after birth. My role is to help you rest, recover and bond deeply with your baby while feeling held, informed and emotionally supported.
Together, we’ll create a personalised postpartum plan that includes:
your vision for early parenthood
practical support for rest and recovery
space for emotional processing and grounding
guidance for partners, family and friends so they know how to support you
tools for reducing overwhelm, increasing confidence, and finding your own rhythm
support for feeding choices, including breastfeeding, through a calm and oxytocin-rich environment
